Teeballers 30-Day Return Policy

At Teeballers we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, products may arrive damaged or broken. To ensure your satisfaction and convenience, we have implemented a 30-day return policy for broken products. Please read the following policy carefully:

 

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

This return policy applies exclusively to products that are broken or damaged upon arrival.

The product must have been purchased directly from Teeballers.com or our authorized retailers.

 

Return Procedure:

Contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving the damaged product. You can reach us at help@teeballers.com

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photographs or videos demonstrating the damage. This information is essential for us to process your return efficiently.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the damaged product.

 

Return Shipping:

We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. You are responsible for packaging the damaged product securely and affixing the label to the package.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that were included with your purchase.

 

Refund or Replacement:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will determine whether it is indeed damaged.

If the damage is confirmed, you will have the choice of either:

Receiving a full refund, including the cost of the product and the original shipping fee, to your original payment method.

Receiving a replacement product of the same model and specifications, shipped to you free of charge.

 

Timelines:

The entire return process, from the time you contact our Customer Service Team to the resolution (refund or replacement), will be completed as swiftly as possible, typically within 7 business days.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase and may take  10 business days to reflect in your account.

 

Exclusions:

This return policy does not cover damages or breakages resulting from mishandling, misuse, alterations, or any other actions that are not consistent with the intended use of the product.
